Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. who appears on behalf of the State- respondent nos.1, 2 and 3. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite party no.2 to direct the Opposite party no.3 to lodge First Information Report in proper sections and conduct fair and proper investigation in the matter and arrest the accused persons." The learned A.G.A. on the basis of written instructions sent by Shri Kartar Singh, the Sub Inspector of Police Station Mishrit, District Sitapur, has stated that the F.I.R. has been lodged. A copy of the F.I.R. No.0161 of 2025 dated 27.06.2025 has been enclosed to the said instructions. The instructions are kept on record. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
