Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following main relief:- "(i). To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opp. party no.3 to conduct a fair and proper investigation in pursuance of first information report dated 04.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0329/2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 103(1), 351(3) B.N.S. 2023, registered at Police Station Gangaghat, District Lucknow, against the opp.party no.4 to 14, so that the petitioner could get justice, in the interest of justice." 3. The neat contention of counsel for the petitioner is that despite material evidence, the respondents are not conducting the investigation fairly. 4. In view of the averments made, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police Unnao to personally supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is fairly conducted and concluded expeditiously in accordance with law.
