Sri Vinayak Saxena, learned Standing Counsel informs that direction was issued by the writ court for deciding the recall application in the mutation case and recall application as well as mutation proceeding has already been concluded by the respondent vide order dated 7.4.2025, photo copy of the order passed by the respondent is placed before this Court, therefore, order of the writ court has already been complied with. 3. Considering the contents of the order passed by the writ court as well as order dated 7.4.2025 passed by Tehsildar, Bahraich, this Court is of the view that order of the writ court has been complied with, therefore, present contempt application has lost its efficacy, accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed. 4. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved from the decision of the respondent.
