Home Deptt. Lko. And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajesh Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. Hon'ble Kshitij Shailendra,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State-respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the First Information Report dated 03.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 145 of 2025, under Section 87 BNS, Police Station Musafirkhana, District Amethi. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are major and have performed marriage out of their sweet will. Necessary documents in relation to age proof and a certificate issued by Arya Samaj Shivpuri Kamta, Chinhat, Lucknow have also been annexed with the writ petition. It is further contended that petitioner no. 3 has no concern with the marriage, however, he has been falsely implicated in the present case. 4. Considering the material on record and the arguments advanced, no useful purpose would be served in continuing the proceedings in pursuance of FIR as the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 being major have performed marriage. 5.
