CMP No.11879 of 2025 By virtue of the present application, a direction is being sought by applicant No.1 from this Court qua non-applicant/ appellant to deposit the balance compensation amount in terms of judgment passed by this Court in RFA No.267 of 2017 and other connected matters, on 11.10.2023. Suffice it to say that qua the balance amount, if any, as is being pleaded in the present application, the applicant always has a remedy to file an appropriate execution petition.
