The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 10.06.2025, whereby the order came to be passed for holding the elections after coming to a view that the society has become time barred from the date of its erstwhile elections, a list of members was also finalized on 10.06.2025. 3. The contention of counsel for petitioners is that the list of members, as is finalized, is incorrect inasmuch as in a meeting, conducted on 25.09.2022, 25 members were declared as active members and the petitioner was declared as a Manager of the Committee in question. Based upon the said assertion, a claim was raised by the petitioner and the said contention has been rejected by means of impugned order on the ground that no evidence could be produced, to establish the claim of the petitioner, with regard to the election in which allegedly 25 members were declared as active members and the petitioner was declared as the Manager. In absence of any evidence, the contention of the petitioner was rejected. 4. Considering the fact, that the findings of fact have been recorded and no credible evidence could be made to substantiate the claim of the petitioner, no good ground for interference is made out. 5.
