No. 404-5 situated at Kundurpi village and mandal, Anantapur District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 3^^ respondent to mutate the subject land in revenue records duly setting aside the endorsement dated 23.09.2024 got issued by the 3^^ respondent and pass such other order”. Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents and direct the respondents to dispose of the said representation. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue agreed 3. to dispose of the representation, if any, to be submitted by the petitioner. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant 4. Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court that no such direction be issued, in view of the IS conscious - ^ 3 judgment of the Apex Court in ttThe Government of India v. P.Venkatesh^ wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioner himself requested to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh representation and direct the respondents to dispose of such representation, this Court finds no other alternative except to issue such direction. 5. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents and upon submitting the same, the respondents shall consider and dispose of said representation, after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, at the earliest. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed. Sd/- K.
