Heard Sri Abhishek Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2. The grievances raised in the present writ petition is with regard to implementation of the order dated 28.03.2024 made by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Kunda, District - Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner has stated that the order dated 28.03.2024 had in fact been stayed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate himself on 09.10.2024 and ignoring his own order, his previous order was complied with. 4. In this regard, learned Standing Counsel was directed to seek instructions and on the basis of written instructions received from the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh, it has been informed that a factual situation narrated by the petitioner is correct. He has further informed this Court in the meanwhile the implementation of the order dated 08.03.2024 has been recalled by means of order dated 22.07.2025. A copy of which has been placed on record. 5. In light of the above, no further dispute subsists for adjudication. 6. Accordingly the paper book of this petition is consigned to records.
