Considering the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private opposite parties is hereby dispensed with. It is said that the proceedings under Section 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 have been concluded and they have culminated in an order dated 27.01.2025, but the said order is not being implemented i.e. the pathar nasab etc. has not been done. Let the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Unnao, who is said to have passed the order under Section 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, look into the matter and if he finds that something remains to be done in terms of the aforesaid provision and the corresponding rules, then he shall ensure the same at the earliest, say, within three weeks, unless there is any legal impediment. Before doing so, he shall verify as to whether his order has been challenged by the private opposite parties or not, if so, whether there is any stay order or not and he shall also hear out the private opposite parties as far as it may be required.
