Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to disturb or interfere in the peaceful personal life and liberty of the petitioner and further not to harass her in any manner by making nocturnal visit at her house in the interest of justice. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady who is being unnecessarily harassed by the police personnel of Police Station Baundi, District Bahraich at the behest of respondent no.4. The respondent no.4 is her husband and he has thrown her out and she is living in her maternal house with her minor daughter and now the police in conclusion with the respondent no.4 is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. 4. Learned AGA has placed before this Court a copy of instructions dated 02/07/2025 sent by Sub-Inspector, Thana Baundi district Bahraich wherein it has been stated that no FIR has been lodged in police station against the petitioner and she is not being harassed at all. No application has been made also by the petitioner to any higher authorities regarding the alleged harassment by the police. 5. In view of the instructions sent by the Sub-Inspector, we dispose of this petition finding it unnecessary to make any observation at this stage. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Bahraich in case she still has some grievance against the police personnel of Police Station Baundi, District Bahriach.
