3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N. CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION NO: 7982 of 2019 The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State. 2.
Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that as per the orders of this Court, Police enquired about the contents of the report presented by the petitioner and their enquiry would reveal that the petitioner stood as surety to Mula Bahudden for Rs.11,50,000/- and thereafter, the principal debtor committed default in payment of installments and therefore, respondent No.4 approached the Deputy Registrar of Chits, Kurnool vide Dispute No.73 of 2018 and accordingly, respondent No.4 issued notice to the petitioner through Deputy Registrar of Chit at Kurnool and later, Mulla Bahuddeen settled the issue out of the Court and therefore, the allegations made by the Petitioner against the Police are misconceived and false. 3. In the light of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, it is evident that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is of civil in nature and at later point of time,
4 as the issue was settled out of the Court, nothing remains for further adjudication, in the present Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
