Present petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 25.04.2018, 22.03.2006 and 26.08.2003. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the orders passed on 25.04.2018 & 22.03.2006 were passed without hearing the petitioners. He also argues that certain factually incorrect statements have been recorded in the said two orders. 5. In view thereof, both the orders dated 25.04.2018 & 22.03.2006 cannot be sustained and are quashed. 6. The rights of the parties shall be decided in accordance with law in appropriate proceedings. 7.
