Instructions dated 8.9.2025 received by learned Additional Advocate General from Deputy Conservator of Forest, Kullu is taken on record. It has been submitted by learned Additional Advocate General that out of 12 cases in 11 cases proceedings have been completed and in 7 cases eviction has also been effected and in 4 cases eviction proceedings could not be completed on account of inclement weather and 12th case has been listed for filing list of witnesses on behalf of defendants and entire proceedings in all cases shall be completed within eight weeks.
