Learned counsel for the informant submits that I.O. has collected material evidence against the applicants and, prima facie, offence is made out against the applicants. Cognizance and summoning by learned Magistrate, is just and proper. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no good ground for interference by this Court is made out. 6.
