In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to respondent no.4 is dispensed with. It is the case of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the impugned FIR and he has not committed any offence. He was not accompanying the main accused Monu and Virendra when Imran shot the son of the informant in his leg. His name has falsely come up in the FIR only because of old enmity. We have gone through the FIR. It appears to be a natural narration of the incident as seen by the informant. It discloses a cognizable offence. We find no good ground for interference at this stage.
