This writ petition has been filed with following main prayer: “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 4 to take the fair investigation in pursuance of the first information report dated 18-04- 2024, lodged by the brother-in-law of petitioner, vide case crime no.164/2024, under section 302, IPC, at Police Station-Huzoorpur, District- Bahraich.” 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of personal affidavit, states that this writ petition has become infructuous as final report has been prepared and submitted in the court concerned on 30.01.2025. 4.
