Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for sending petitioner for training in the present batch for the post of Constable (Civil Police) in terms of his selection as per advertisement dated 23.12.2023 and to ensure his appointment on the said post after training while paying salary. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.4 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Amethi or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
