The present application has been preferred with the following main prayer:- " Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to :- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quashing the impugned order dated 14.06.2025 passed by opposite party No. 5 as contained in Annexure No. 1, so far as it relates to the petitioner. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to work on the post of Sub-Inspector Civil Police at present place of posting i.e. District Lucknow till her retirement. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2 to take a decision on representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2025 contained as Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition." 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a direction may be issued to the opposite party no. 2 to decide the representation dated 19.06.2025, within a stipulated time as this court may fix. 4. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 19.06.2025, which is annexed as Annexure no. 5, within a period of 15 days from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of this order.
