The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners directing the opposite parties concerned not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere in peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners. 3. Learned A.G.A., based on instructions, states that F.I.R. has been lodged in the present case. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at some length states that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the F.I.R. 5.
