Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed for following reliefs; (ii). To set- aside the order dated 02.04.202025 passed by learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Sitapur in Regular Suit No.183 of 2025 (Shiv Bihari Shukla vs Sarita Kapoor and others) due to typing mistake which has been mentioned as 2024 on the place of 2025, only to the extent denial to grant ex-party injunction in favour of the petitioner. (ii) To direct the Civil Judge (S.D.), Sitapur to decide the stay application on date fixed i.e. 08.07.2025 filed by the petitioner bearing Regular Suit No.183 of 2025. 2. After the argument at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is confining his prayer only for prayer no.2. He further submitted that his application for interim injunction has been pending since 2025 in Regular Suit No.183 of 2025. It is submitted that taking advantage of non disposal of interim injunction application, opposite party no.2 is trying to change the nature of property in dispute. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Civil Judge (S.D.), Sitapur to decide the interim relief application of the petitioner filed in Regular Suit No.183 of 2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from from the date of presentation of this order.
