ORDER:
The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- <…to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not disposing the appeal dt 10 11 2025 made by the petitioner as illegal arbitrary and contrary to the provisions enshrined in Articles 14 19 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner appeal dt 10 11 2025 as expeditiously as possible and pass….=
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
3. Mr. Ravindra Reddy Ganta, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal dated 10.11.2025 before respondent No.1 against the orders passed by respondent No.3, but the said appeal has not yet been disposed of.

4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that respondent No.1 is in the process of disposing of the said appeal.
5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.1 to dispose of the appeal dated 10.11.2025 filed by the petitioner against the order passed by respondent No.3, within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is
disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
