Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that respondent No.1 is in the process of disposing of the said appeal. 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.1 to dispose of the appeal dated 10.11.2025 filed by the petitioner against the order passed by respondent No.3, within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
