Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from District Gonda to District Bahraich. 3. Learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions received however submits that subsequent to passing of impugned transfer order, petitioner had submitted a representation which has been rejected by means of order dated 28.06.2025, a copy of which has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view thereof, as prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh challenging order dated 28.06.2025.
