(Oral) The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to grant interest @ 12% p.a. on the amount of Rs.20,75,765/- deposited by husband of petitioner for purchase of flat from respondents No.2 and 3. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a widow and her husband had made a payment of Rs.20,75,765/- to respondents No.2 and 3 for allotment of a flat. The flat was allotted to husband of petitioner on 07.10.2008 (Annexure P-1). The possession of the flat was to be delivered in the year 2009 but the same has not been delivered till date. Her husband had unfortunately expired on 08.04.2016.
