2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid writ petition submitted by the petitioners was disposed of by issuing a direction to the Tehsildar Mitrapura, District Sawaimadhopur to decide the representations/objections of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order and the parties were directed to maintain status quo for a period of one month. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the arguments raised by counsel for the petitioners but they are not in a position to controvert the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners. 4 Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on record.
5. Perusal of the record indicates that on earlier occasions also i.e. on 06.11.2024 and 03.12.2024, repeatedly directions have been issued to the Tehsildar to decide the representations of the petitioners expeditiously as early as possible, preferably within a period of one month but inspite of passing of considerable time, till date, the representations submitted by the petitioners have not been decided by the concerned authority by passing a reasoned and speaking order, for the reasons best known to them. Such act on the part of concerned authority tantamount to willful disobedience of the order of this Court. The order passed by this Court cannot be allowed to be taken lightly.
6. Before taking any action against the authorities for the willful act of disobedience and initiating contempt proceedings against him, this Court grants last opportunity to the concerned authority i.e. Additional District Magistrate to decide the representations of the petitioners within a period of fifteen days from today.
7. Till fifteen days, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.
8. In case, the Additional District Magistrate fails to comply the
order passed by this Court, such act can be viewed seriously and appropriate contempt proceedings would be initiated against him
9. The misc. application stands disposed of.

10. Before parting with this order, it is made clear that this Court has not issued any order or direction to the respondents to decide the representations in a particular way, the concerned authority would be at liberty to decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
