The instant contempt petition arises out of an interim order dated 13th December, 2023, by virtue of which, the respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and report in that regard was to be furnished by the respondents along with their reply by the next date of hearing. 02. Since the aforesaid order, as per the petitioner, was not complied with, he has filed the instant contempt petition, in which, notice was issued on 6th December, 2024. 03. The respondents have filed statement of facts and along with the same, they have enclosed a detailed consideration order forming Annexure-1 to the statement of facts, in which, the respondents have taken a specific stand that claim of the petitioner was examined thoroughly in the light of the rules in vogue and was found devoid of merit. 04. Since the direction passed by this Court stands complied with by the respondents by passing a detailed consideration order mentioned supra, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the instant contempt petition pending before this Court.
