The present petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that the petitioners apprehend threat at the instance of the respondent no.5 solely on account of their marriage. 3. The documents on record indicates that both the petitioners are major and have married out of their own free will and their marriage has also been registered under the Special Marriage Act. The certificate of marriage to that effect is on record. 4. In view of the said, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondents to ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioners solely because of their marriage, which is in accordance with law. 5. The writ petition is disposed off.
