By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of F.I.R. dated 02.06.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0214 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 115(2), 191(2), 351(3), 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) of the S.C./S.T. Act registered at Police Station Banthara, District Lucknow. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, says that the investigating officer during the course of investigation has not found any credible evidence against the petitioner and his name has been deleted from the list of accused persons.
