Vide order dated 05.06.2025, he was transferred to Government Law College, Ramanathapuram. Challenging the same, the appellant filed W.P(MD)No.16347 of 2025. The learned single Judge vide order dated 19.06.2025 dismissed the writ petition. Aggrieved by the same, this Writ Appeal has been filed. 3.After hearing both sides, we are not inclined to interfere. The order of transfer is non-stigmatic. It has been passed for administrative reasons. Therefore, the appellant is obliged to joint in the transferred place.
