Under challenge is the order dated 18.04.2019, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the writ petition, whereby the services of the petitioner, an Assistant Teacher, have been terminated on account of she having absconded from duty. There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Smt. Kamla Devi vs. State of U.P. and others in Service Single No.3162 of 2010 decided on 27.07.2021. Considering the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is allowed. The order impugned dated 18.04.2019, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the writ petition, is quashed. Consequences to follow.
