In brief, the case of prosecution is that on account of cruelty and harassment meted to the deceased by the petitioner, on 4.12.2024 between 2.30-3.30 a.m., she committed suicide by hanging herself. 3. Learned HCGP submitted that investigation is completed in this case and the charge sheet is ready to be submitted before the jurisdictional Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5717 CRL.P No. 974 of 2025 liberty to the petitioner to file a bail petition before the Sessions Court after filing of the charge sheet.
