The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the First Information Report dated 13.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 340 of 2025, under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS 2023, Police Station Dewa, District Barabanki and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned FIR. 3. Learned A.G.A. based on the instructions received submits that the charge sheet has already been prepared and is pending consideration before the authorities concerned, as such the petitioners have no apprehension of arrest till filing of charge sheet. 4. The writ petition is disposed of on the basis of statement made by learned A.G.A. as recorded above.
