By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have put to challenge the order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the learned 6th Additional District Judge, Dehradun in Civil Misc. Appeal No.09/2019, Varun vs. Kanwar Singh and others and judgment and order dated 10.01.2019 passed by learned Civil Judge Jr. Division, Dehradun in O.S. No.295/2018, Shri Varun vs. Shri Kanwar Singh and others (as Annexure Nos.1 and 2). 4. By the impugned order, the learned trial court as well as the appellate court has observed that the suit for cancellation of the gift deed shall be filed before the revenue court. 5. The finding recorded by the learned trial court as well as the appellate court needs no interference as the findings are perfect and are in accordance with law. 6. There is no illegality and perversity which requires interference in exercise of the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The judgments and orders impugned in the present writ petition are affirmed. However, the petitioner may file the revenue suit before the court competent jurisdiction. 7.
