By this petition, petitioner has alleged non-compliance of order passed by this Court on 02.05.2016 in SWP No. 908/2016. Operative portion of the said order is taken note of:- “ This writ petition along with connected MP(s) is disposed of and respondents are directed to take decision on the claim of petitioner for his appointment on compassionate grounds in view of the law laid down in the aforesaid Judgments. In order to facilitate the consideration of claim of the petitioner, the petitioner to serve copy of the aforesaid Judgments along with copy of this order on the respondents within two weeks time. The respondents to consider and take decision for appointment of petitioner on compassionate grounds within four weeks thereafter.” 02. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, it is stated that in pursuance to order dated 02.05.2016, respondents have considered the claim of the petitioner and passed a detailed consideration order on 25.07.2025, whereby the claim of the petitioner, seeking compassionate appointment under SRO 43 of Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 1994 has been examined in detail and has been rejected for want of eligibility. Respondents have placed on record the consideration order dated 25.07.2025. 03. The respondents have implemented the order dated 02.05.2016 passed by this Court in SWP No. 908/2016, in its letter and spirit, therefore, the contempt proceedings are closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the consideration order dated 25.07.2025, if he chooses so.
