In terms of order dated 4th of August, 2025, passed by this Court in WP (C) No. 1835 of 2025, the writ petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of in absence of any response from the respondents, by directing the respondents to immediately look into the case of the petitioner and verify the same and ensure payment of the amount, whatever due to him, on account of execution of the work, i.e, “Renovation/upgradation of the two number Double Bedrooms Hut at T.E. Kokernag” in the year 2016. 2. The respondents, in turn, have come up with a Statement of Facts by asserting that the claim of the petitioner was considered and rejected in terms of order dated 3rd of June, 2026, by stating that the codal formalities were not followed and payment cannot be released in violation of Government Circular dated 26th of April, 2021. This Court cannot travel beyond the order dated 4th of August, 2025. 3. As such, the proceedings in the present contempt petition are closed, leaving the petitioner free to avail appropriate remedy as available under law regarding the Consideration Order dated 3rd of June, 2026 passed by the respondents. 4.
