BH RAMA KRISHNA NAIK The Court made the following Order: The present Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience in complying with the order dated 31.10.2025 in W.P.No.23503 of 2025. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on written instructions, submits that an amount of Rs.1,74,52,733/-, has been paid to the petitioner herein, which is in excess of the admitted amount of Rs.1,59,29,745/-. It is further stated that the excess amount pertains to subsequent verified supplies made by the firm to the Department, which has also been duly settled. In connection to that, acquittance has been issued by the respondents that the petitioner acknowledged that the above amount has been duly credited to M/s. Icon Biologicals Pvt. Ltd., Vijayawada through the CFMS system via RBI portal towards supply of veterinary drugs and medicines. The written instructions are placed on record. 3. In view of the said reasons, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Contempt Case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ K.
