Vide order dated 30.5.2025, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had given an option to the learned counsel for the petitioner to deposit Rs.1,50,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for getting the dispute settled between the parties, through mediation. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not deposit the required amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner even not moved any application for extension of time as granted by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.5.2025. On this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the time was very short, as such he could not move application. This Court cannot understand that when the order was passed on 30.5.2025 and the latter was listed on 29.7.2025, then how the petitioner found time to be very short. We have gone through the contents of the impugned F.I.R. We find commission of offence to be apparent. We therefore do not wish to interfere and grant any relief while entertaining writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
