According to the petitioner, he is having 67 cents as per the sale deed. 3. Considering the facts of the case, the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar is directed to survey the land with the help of a surveyor as per the sale deed and mark the same. The petitioner is directed to submit an application for obtaining a license to conduct a brick kiln. The said application shall be considered in accordance with the law by the concerned authority within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the petitioner is currently operating the brick kiln, the respondents shall not prevent the petitioner from conducting the brick kiln without prior notice and without following due process of law.
