Heard Ms. Arti Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Hansraj Verma, learned AGA for the State and perused the records. 2. State has filed a counter affidavit which is taken on record. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0150/2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(xi), 3 U.P. Gangster Act, Police Station Gauriganj, District Amethi. 4. The gang chart forming a part of FIR mentions involvement of the applicant in 14 cases in all of which he has been granted bail. 5. The involvement of the applicant in total 23 other cases has been disclosed in the bail application and two supplementary affidavits filed on behalf of the applicant. 6. The alleged gang leader Sahid alias Pinku has been granted anticipatory bail by means of an order dated 29.05.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 548 of 2025. 7. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the fact that the applicant has been implicated in the present case on the basis of his involvement in 14 other criminal cases, in all of which he has been granted and the alleged gang leader has been granted anticipatory bail, I am of the view that the applicant is also entitled to be released on bail in the aforesaid crime. 8. Accordingly, this bail application stands allowed. 9. Let the applicant-Shakil Qureshi @ Monu be released on bail in the aforementioned case on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Magistrate/Court concerned, subject to following conditions:- (i) the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence; (ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses; (iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.
