It is submitted that the petitioners have filed I.P. No. 7 of 2025 on the file of the II Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Vijayawada. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police would not interfere in civil disputes; however, if any crime is registered against the petitioners, they would have to be called to the police station for enquiry. 2 3. Be that as it may, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following the due process of law. 4.
