The present application has been filed to initiate the contempt proceeding against the opposite party/contemnors concerned for wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.01.2024 passed by the court in application u/s 483 no.53 of 2024, Prem Narain Verma Vs. State of U.P. and Another as contained in annexure no.1 to this contempt application and also summoned the order party/contemnor. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to file remedy under Section 528/529 BNSS. 4. In view of the above request, present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Certified copy annexed as annexure no.2 be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining the photocopy of the same.
