The same is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the opposite party No.4 and learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners is taken on record. 4.The present writ petition has been filed challenging F.I.R. dated 31.05.2025 in Case Crime No. 84 of 2025, under Sections 69, 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Itaunja, District Lucknow. 5. It is contended that the informant/opposite party no.4 raised allegations regarding sexual assault, however during the course of time petitioner No.1 and opposite party No.4 solemnized marriage and the same got registered. The registration certificate has been annexed as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition. 6. The aforesaid fact has not been denied by learned counsel for the opposite party No. 4, rather the same has been substantiated by by filing compromise by the informant. 7. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the F.I.R.pending, as such, F.I.R.in question i.e dated 31.05.2025 in Case Crime No. 84 of 2025, under Sections 69, 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Itaunja, District Lucknow is quashed. 8.
