Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners directing the opposite parties concerned to not to interfere in peaceful married life of the petitioners who are major in age and who are living together after performing marriage (nikah) on 15.06.2025 out of their own free will. 3. Learned A.G.A., based on instructions, states that no F.I.R. has been lodged. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are major and have married as per their will, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be harassed solely on the ground of their marriage, however, the petitioners shall take steps for registration of their marriage within a period of three months from today.
