The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To direct the opposite party No.1, i.e., Debts Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow to decide the interim relief/Stay application dated 12.06.2025 of Securitization no.166 of 2024 "Kehsav Ram and others Vs. Indian Bank" which is pending before him as expeditiously as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court contained as Annexure No.1 to this petition, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that a stay application is pending before the DRT concerned, the present petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to hear, decide and pass orders on the interim application dated 12.06.2025 in accordance with law on the next date fixed or positively within a period of three weeks from today. 4. Till the decision on the application, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners with regard to the possession.
