The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kaiserganj, District Bahraich to decide the application dated 25.04.2025 filed by the petitioner in Regular Suit No.30 of 2025, Ram Dheeraj Vs. Meena Devi and others, within a stipulated period. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the next date fixed in the case is 02.07.2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the court concerned is directed to take a decision on the application dated 25.04.2025 filed by the petitioner on 02.07.2025 itself. In case the application is not decided on that date due to unavoidable circumstances, then the same will be decided in the first week of July, 2025. 6.
