Petitioner has filed present writ petition challenging order dated 11.6.2025 passed by the I/C District Judge, Lucknow wherein the court below has noted that it is not the case of applicant that the impugned order is under execution, therefore, the application given during summer vacation for exemption has been rejected. 2. After summer vacation, the court will reopen on Ist of July, 2025, therefore, the Crl. Misc. Case No. 490 of 2025 is restored and the application of interim relief, if any pending before the court below, will be decided within two weeks after giving opportunity to the effective parties. 3. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
