The appeal in the case at hand was decided on 27.7.2018. No further proceedings against the same are pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in pursuance to the aforesaid judgment, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants in terms of shares already provided to the Accounts Branch. The amount be remitted to their bank accounts alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereupon, details whereof have been given in Annexure R-1 appended alongwith the present application subject to proper verification of their identities.
