The present bail application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 BNSS apprehending his arrest in case crime No. 100 of 2025, under Section 318(4)/338/336(3)/340(2) of BNS, P.S. Biswa, District Sitapur. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. It is alleged that 12,460 vacancies for the post of Assistant Teacher in the Basic Education Department were advertised. The applicant was selected and appointed as an Assistant Teacher and posted at Basic School, Bilariya, Sitapur. During the counseling process, the applicant submitted educational documents, including a UPTET certificate for the year 2013– 14. These documents were sent for verification to the Controlling Authority at Prayagraj, where the UPTET certificate was found to be forged. Perused the record. A perusal of the material on record prima facie indicates the involvement of the applicant. It is alleged that the applicant used a forged UPTET certificate (pertaining to the year 2013– 14) to secure the appointment, and the same has been found to be fake during the course of investigation. It cannot be said that this is a case of false implication or the applicant has been targeted with the intention to harm his reputation. In view of the above, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected. Order Date :- 4.7.2025/R.C.
