PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is preferred by the petitioner/de facto complainant against the order, dated 26.08.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2503 of 2014 in C.C.No.72 of 2013 by the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, wherein the petition filed under Section 239 Cr.P.C., by the Respondents/accused Nos.1 to 3 for their discharge from the offences under Sections 406, 423 and 468 of IPC was allowed by the trial Court. 2. Today, when the matter is called, the petitioner/de facto complainant is present before this Court and she submitted across the Bench that she intends to not pressing the present Criminal Revision Case. She was identified by her respective counsel and a memo was submitted before this Court to that effect. The said memo is recorded. 3. Permission, as sought for, is accorded. 4. Thereby, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not pressed. Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
