Police Station Jhinjana, District Shamli. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to release the Truck No. H.R.-69A-3621 in favour of the applicant that has been seized in Case Crime No. 154 of 2017, under Sections 60/72 Excise Act and 272, 273 I.P.C. Police Station Jhinjana, District Shamli, during the pendency of the present application. and/or to pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.
