Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opp. Party no. 2 (Superintendent of Police Gonda) to direct investigating officer i.e. opp. party no. 3 (Cricle officer of police Sadar Gonda) to conduct fair and proper investigation and also arrest to the opp. party no. 5 to 8 in case crime no. 0429/2025 under section 85, 80(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P. Act P.S. Kotwali Nagar District Gonda which registered on 27.05.2025 in the interest of justice." 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, states that two of the co-accused have already been arrested. 4. The counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is being pressurized for settling the dispute. 5. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application before the respondent no.2 who shall look into the matter and ensure that the investigation is done in a fair and proper manner.
